From the moment I met Brad Johnson I knew I was in good hands. After a home consultation, Brad clearly advised with me on all the different furnace, AC and air filtering options that were available. After making my choices, the system was booked in for installation within 10 days. It was efficiently and affectively installed by Curtis and Ben within a day. Manny Vargas is the absolute best technician you could hope for. We had no heat for the last few days and our scheduled home warranty service technician bailed on us at the last minute. We have a 9 month old baby so we needed someone ASAP. I reached out to AAA and they were kind enough to assign Manny on the same day. There are some people who just do the work, and there are some who leave you happy and satisfied. Manny was the second kind. If you ever need help with your HVAC, Manny is your guy! P.S. He just became a new father, so congratulations to him!

On a Saturday morning, we discovered that our furnace was not working properly. I contacted the emergency services number and the on-call technician , Manny V, responded in a very timely fashion, despite the fact that he was on another emergency call. He kept us well informed of his arrival time and was here promptly when he said he would be. He was courteous, efficient, and assured us of timely follow up on the problem that was discovered. He was able to get our furnace running again, assured us that he would be in touch in regards to a replacement of the faulty part. Manny is an excellent representative of AAA Northgate and their customer service promises.
