I've been using Affordable Comfort for several years. Their service and professionalism is top notch. The office staff , the technicians and the owner, Greg, are always so helpful and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and certified with working with Energy Kinectics(System 2000 boilers). In addition, I've used them to install a water neutralizer and softener system and my central air conditioner system. We've been extremely happy with all their services and we will continue to use this company. Thanks for such great service!

I have been a dedicated customer of Affordable Comfort Contracting for 14 years, and their service has never wavered. They are the definition of reliable. From the friendly, courteous office staff to the clean-cut, punctual technicians, their pride in their business is obvious. Affordable Comfort is much more than HVAC. They have been my trusted partner for major projects, including advising on and installing my whole-house generator and designing a water treatment system that fixed my well water issues. For general plumbing—like quickly fixing a frozen spigot, replacing a leaking water heater, or repairing faulty faucets—they respond fast and charge fairly. I firmly believe their consistent, regular maintenance (on my heating, AC, generator, and water system) is key to extending the life of my equipment and preventing emergencies. Having a reliable company like Affordable Comfort on my side gives me complete peace of mind. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Five stars!

One Star review is even Too GOOD !!Affordable,I dont think so!! This company installed our air condtioning/heating system along with a new roof pipe 3 years ago and we have bi-annual maintenance with them.We turned the heat on for the first time a few weeks ago and no heat,so we called them even though our fall maintanance was due at the end of October.I informed each of the Techs that came out over 4 trips to our house that I had a new roof installed over the summer and could there be an issue with the roof pipe from the roof install.They said no and proceeded to charge us for parts and make adjustments I really did not need. When they finally went on the roof, they found the pipe was misaligned and THAT WAS THE ENTIRE PROBLEM!!! MY FURNANCE HAD NO ISSUES!!! I am very disappointed because they charged me $410 for not checking out the pipe first.Techs should always see what CHANGED before the problem started.Thats called troubleshooting.The owner even told me WELCOME TO 2025 when i spoke to him.I am leaving pictures of my roof pipe and the invoice where they stated that while they were here they adjusted the pipe alignment which was the ENTIRE issue that would have repaired the problem in one visit.What an JOKE!!! Also,look at my roof pipe.They claimed they replaced 3 years ago.How could it be so rusted after that short amount of time.Just look how rusted the CAP is !!! That is the most BS response u could have sent.Yeah,sure u diagnosed the roof pipe.I was the one that told each technition that I had a new roof installed over the summer and could it have been that that was the issue.All u guys told me NO WAY and it could not be that.It could have been repaired on your first visit if u checked it out! Instead u threw parts at it for four visits then decided to disconnect the stack from inside the house and it worked.So don't tell eveyone u diagnosed it,because I actually did!I I was a service tech for 47 years and one thing I did was listen to the customer before I did anything.Maybe u guys should start to.Then u have the nerve to charge me for parts I did not need.Horrible,u should have been embarrased to do that. Extremely Disappointed !!! I TRUSTED THEM !!!!
