Wow — this was an impressively great experience. The owner, Harold, came out quickly and gave us low key, very knowledgeable quotes for both fixing or replacing our 20 year old furnace. Both were substantially less than we’d received from a larger company for the same or higher grade equipment and there was no hard sell at all. We decided to replace ours with a 2 stage American Standard model. Eric and his team were on time, friendly, thorough and very careful. They fixed a couple of small things just as a bonus and were finished and cleaned up by mid afternoon. This is the best heating/cooling experience we’ve ever had — we highly recommend Affordable Heating & Cooling.

I have been using this HVAC company for over 20 years and they have been maintaining and servicing the same old furnace this entire time. The owners (father and now his son) were/are obviously good honest hardworking people who have attracted the same for their staff. It doesn’t matter who shows up, they are all consistently super professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to get the job done in the most efficient, cost effective way. I never thought I would have fond feelings about a HVAC company, but I totally do!

We have used Affordable Heating & Cooling for years as have others in the family. They are always polite, honest and just a joy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. Their maintenance plan is great. A low monthly fee and they call you to schedule maintenance check ups so there are no surprises.
