Had this great company come last year. They replaced a part on my furnace. Did a fantastic job !! My service guy was great. Kind, courteous, very knowledgeable all around a great guy. Now I had the same guy today. January 15,2026. My furnace is old and I was worried something was wrong with it. It seemed to run long. And that's just how old furnaces are. Mine is from 1979. Wow ! So I am gonna try to make it thru this winter and see how it goes. And one other GREAT thing is this company never pushes you to buy a new furnace. How great is that. And the thing that makes me proud of this company is it is Veteran owned. 🇺🇸 So if you are looking for a trustworthy company please by all means call this company. You will be so happy you did !!!

New home and we had some boiler heating issues a little beyond my DIY knowledge, and shopped around for a new company. I stumbled upon All American HVAC. What led me here was veteran owner, which being a veteran as well I always tend to lean this way. One week we had the owner swing by on very short notice, who was able to troubleshoot a wiring issue on one of our zone valves for our boiler system. He let me help a bit along the way while showing me around the boiler, as we just bought this house and were used to furnace heat. He spent time answering all my questions. He then told me the cost to replace a broken part, but also offered an alternative solution for much cheaper. Appreciate the advice given and options supplied and let the homeowner make the decision. Great customer service. Following week we had a scheduled annual maintenance service with their employee, Rory. While you would always expect great service by an owner, I didn’t quite expect Rory to be following so closely in his footsteps. Rory helped me with an air lock issue, showed me how to resolve it, and answered more detailed questions I didn’t think to ask on the prior service call. Will definitely be our go-to place moving forward for our boiler. Give them a shot if you’re in the market, reasonably priced and excellent experience compared to other companies we’ve used in the past.

My furnace stopped working properly today. Spoke with Chuck who tried to problem solve over the phone . Chuck had fixed my furnace once bf. He was super accommodating AND reassuring and said a tech would be out to check my furnace today and he would call with a heads up when on his way. It didn’t take long for Travis to arrive and he had things running in less than 30 minutes. Incredible customer service. Highly recommend All American to everyone!
