Appalachian Heating

I’ve lived in a home built in 1930 in Bluefield WV for over 7 years. I bought it in 2018 and it was well renovated in 2015. I thought it was time to have my Kelvinator HVAC heat pump system serviced even though no apparent issues. I “thought” it was installed in 2015 but the service tech showed me the serial number and how it was built in 2004… wow didn’t realize it was 22 years old. I researched to find it would be best to proactively replace the system as the outside unit was operating at 78 degrees and it should be operating at 110 degrees. I had 3 estimates completed and Appalachian Heating was the highest of the three but the only company that could install a Lennox system… I researched this company well and realized “ya get what ya pay for” the deal was sealed when I realized they provide an extended warranty that covers BOTH parts and labor for 10 years! Appalachian Heating has been around since 1948 so I know they will be there to support the Lennox system… the installers just wrapped me up and left and I can’t say enough how pleased I am with their professionalism and knowledge in providing a top notch installation experience, right down to cleaning up afterwards and making sure they left my place as they found it with the exception of now having an incredibly efficient system that will save me money on the electricity over the previous 22 year old Kelvinator system…. I am 110 % confident I made the best choice in the decision of a major investment into my home. I can’t thank them enough from the start to finish experience… the installers even helped me move my Craftsman riding mower out of the way for the installation and helped me get it back to the parking spot when they were done… now that is personable service! Thanks again Appalachian Heating as you are clearly the best choice and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company….. no one compares to this top notch service!

Very satisfied with my experience. Mason and his colleague were professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. They had my water restored quickly for me. I would highly recommend them and will reach out to them again should the need arise again. Plus communication was top notch and kept me informed from time appointment was made until job was completed. Price was very reasonable too! I am a happy customer 😊.

I would like to express my appreciation to Justin and Appalachian Heating. Justin was the repairman that came to service my unit today. He was very polite and knowledgeable above all I felt he was honest with me. Appalachian has always serviced me extremely well in the past and today was no exception.
