Incredible service, I cannot recommend them enough! They really came in and saved the day during this awful winter. From start to finish, the service was tremendous. On the phone, Lyn was so kind, helpful, and organized. She was proactive with communication and set up an appointment quickly and kept me updated on the technician’s timing. The technician, Isaac, was so knowledgeable and thorough. He inspected everything very closely and explained what was going on in a way that was easy for me to understand. He was very clear on what the problem was, what the solution was, and what to look out for. I am so grateful for everyone at BlueStar!

Technician gave us call 30 minutes before he arrived, as we requested, and arrived right on time and at the beginning of the time window we were given, so we didn’t have to wait around all day. He was very professional and knowledgeable about our HVAC system. He diagnosed the problem and rapidly fixed it.

I have two ratings for the job: Bluestar gets 5 stars, but their finance partner, Wisetack, gets 1 star or lower. First the good: I needed the damper system repaired for our upper floors system in our house. The system is 3 zones with multiple dampers. The system never worked quite right since new construction and just got worse over time. Two other companies that looked at the system simply balked at doing the repair or replacement. The Bluestar guys didn't and I had the entire system replaced from the crappy builder grade stuff. It works perfectly now. The bad: the cost of the job wasn't cheap but it was reasonable. I got what I thought was a pre-qualification with Wisetack for a 0% interest rate (with the fine print saying it's subject to change). My credit score is exceptional. I would normally open a new credit card with a teaser 0% and finance a big job with it. I didn't this time because I thought I already had a good rate. Not so, when I tried to use Wisetack the rate jumped from 0% to nearly 12%. Bait and switch. I used another method to pay and had to juggle things around. I was also forced to pay extra for the non-cash price of the install. In summary: Bluestar is 5 stars with a professional install and a great crew. Wisetack 0% for the bait and switch that cost me extra money.
