We had a couple sinks back up right after that cold snap and gave Countryside Plumbing and Heating a call on a Sunday. They were incredibly responsive and had someone out the very next day. The team quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what was going on, and had everything fixed within a couple of hours. Professional, efficient, and just great guys to work with. Absolutely the best customer service hands down! The technician was friendly, helpful, courteous, and quick! Solved my hot water heater leak in no time at all. Was completely prepared to install a new one right away! My whole experience from first calling to make an appointment, all the way through to completion was top notch! I highly recommend Countryside Plumbing for any of your heating/plumbing needs! I was so happy I did - they made an irritating and annoying life occurrence much less of an annoyance!

Great company to work with, came right away to check our water heater then when asked about water softener we were able to get a quote and installation date very quickly, we didn’t wait days for a response like other places. Highly recommend them!
