The company was great in a tight window situation. Their communication was great. They were upfront about pricing. The only suggestion that I would make is to incorporate the dispatch fee into the cost of the work being done. I understand that costs have gone up and I am not unhappy with anything. It is just a suggestion.

Faith Electrical Group was highly professional in the fine work they did and in coordinating the appointment and keeping us informed on arrival time. The job was to replace six smoke detectors and Axel, the technician, not only did that but pointed out and corrected some previous deficiencies. We are very happy with his work and with Faith Electrical. And we recommend them highly.
