Another 5 star visit from Falcon HVAC. I received a text message with the technicians photo giving me notice he was on the way. Osvin Chirinos arrived on time, was very pleasant and got right to work installing the humidifier. He explained everything expertly and showed me how to operate the system. He gave me long term guidance for maintenance. I'm so glad I selected Falcon for year round maintenance.
Falcon Heating, A/C and Plumbing completed the following at my home: annual furnace maintenance and whole house plumbing inspection. Jose (Ricardo), the HVAC tech arrived on time, answered my questions and thoroughly explained the work he performed. He was very professional and courteous. And I’m confident that my furnace will perform well in the upcoming winter season. Christopher, the plumber was also very professional, friendly, and answered all my questions. And he also provided excellent practical recommendations that I will have done. Once again, I’m confident with the service provided by Falcon. I’ve used other HVAC firms and Plumbers in the DMV and either questioned the quality and thoroughness of work performed (for example an HVAC maintenance inspection completed in less than 10 minutes) or consistently selling me a product or service.
