When you have a home with a basement/slab/ enclosed room that had an old system it was hard to keep the heat balanced. Now the new system makes it much easier with the setting at 70 degrees, keeps the house temperature much warmer. The installation of the systems was done quickly and professionally by the complete team at Great Dane 🥰! Truly glad to be able to run every system running of gas. Thee new system looks fabulous and our home is warm.

We’ve been using Great Dane heating, for maintenance, since we purchased our home almost 10 years ago. When it was time to replace our air conditioning, furnace and hot water tank, they far exceeded the expectations of the other 2 companies we had give us estimates. Not only were they spot on with pricing, their customer service is top notch. The biggest compliment, done in one day and cleaned up like they were never here! Thank you!!! Devin at Great Dane is proof you can get AMAZING customer service! He was personable and professional. Devin explained what went wrong with our hot water tank- and how water got under the laundry room floor even though we have a sump pump. After installation, he took the time to explain all of the parts and functions of our new tank in simple terms. He showed me basic functions, from relighting the pilot light to how to flush the tank yearly to preserve its active life. While at our house, Devin noticed a pipe leaking from the upstairs bathroom and was able to come back the next day to install a new toilet. Again, he explained all details and gave a “cliff notes” version of the manuals and warranties. Most contractors don’t take the time to do that! He even gave me a plumbing pipe reamer to use years down the road for future toilet repair. He gave excellent tips for novice home DIY repair. IMO, it would be hard to beat this high level of service in an HVAC or plumbing technician! Thanks again, Devin.
