Our old boiler went kaput Sunday, January 11th. I called Mission Mechanical that morning, and a service technician came over within an hour and let me know that he thought it wasn't fixable. Matt Kral came over the next morning to evaluate, and he sent us a proposal by the afternoon with 3 options. We picked the middle-priced option. It was completed by the evening of January 14th.

Furnace went out on a Tuesday morning - Andy was out at our house by 2:00 and diagnosed a cracked heat exchanger. They supplied us with some heaters to help keep the house warm overnight and by 8:30 Wednesday morning, Andy and Sam were out with a new furnace. Install went smooth and I was super impressed with their professionalism, the care they took, and the fact that they completely cleaned up when they were finished.

Had an issue with my split AC/heat unit. Called on a Sunday, got an immediate response From Steve. He ensured everything was taken care of in very timely fashion. Just fantastic customer service. I highly recommend Steve and his team! Simply outstanding!
