Thank you to NWX for the quick and efficient service. They had a technician out to my house for my no heat the same day AND had my furnace installed by 10am the next morning. Bought a new furnace and heat pump after my old combo failed at the tail end of winter. They were able to send a crew out almost immediately. The crew they sent out, Nate and Jayden, were stellar. Both were incredibly nice and knowledgeable. They explained everything that was going on and the why. They also went above and beyond with fixing minor mistakes around the previous system as well as chopping an old tree that was in the way (that I wanted gone). Will definitely be signing up for their maintenance plan as well because of how great the crew was.
