Kelly has been non-responsive to my calls and voice messages. He installed a boiler several years ago and he won't service the unit. He has been non-responsive to me and my property manager.

Kelly has always provided us with the best service. From Boiler work, HVAC, AC, and fireplaces. Incredibly knowledgeable and talented, not limited by what he is trained in, but able to learn our odd ball systems to get us out of pinches. Honest, and very reasonably priced, he is highly recommended!

Palisades HVAC is the best. They were responsive and arrived on time. They found and repaired the problem caused by a prior HVAC contractor who screwed up the compressor. They are very thorough and I look forward to working with them on an annual basis for my HVAC maintenance.
