Frank, at the Pella Reno location really helped me out just now! I’m in California and haven’t been able to find a window repair person, for our gorgeous Pella sliders. ALL of our home windows are Pella, and we had them installed over 25 years ago. Can you believe, only now, do we need the blinds inside the panes, to be repaired? Frank, quickly, found 2 local companies that can help do our repairs. He was super astute and professional! I could actually tell that he loves his job! Give him a raise, please. I recently purchased two fairly large (66 x 53) custom Pella Reserve Traditional 2-wide wood casement windows to replace, and very closely match, two Pella windows that are around 45 years old. I worked with Pella Rep. Jeff Rouiller, who I understand takes care of the greater Redding CA area where I'm at. The entire experience went very well. Jeff was very responsive to all my questions and requests for technical data. The windows were delivered on time, and carefully, by a Pella employee. The quality of the windows was very good. I highly recommend Pella and Jeff.
