Feel like I was over charged for the igniter alone $200 seems pretty steep seeing as Ace Hardware has em for $50-70 online. Other than that service was prompt and good, explained everything and furnace up and running in short order. I understand the labor and service call after hours but to mark up parts that much is a bit much

Performance Heating and Air (Leif) did a fantastic job with our HVAC system replacement. His level of service was top notch and his pricing was very competitive. He was very thorough and meticulous with our new equipment. In addition, Leif was helping us navigate the Focus on Energy/IRA H.E.A.R. program for some additional savings when our existing furnace died. Fortunately, he was able to get the old unit back running long enough to get all the paperwork submitted and approved (no small feat!). I would not hesitate to recommend this company based on our experience. Thanks Leif.
