Regan Heating and Air Conditioning

Regan Heating and Air Conditioning replaced our 26-year-old gas furnace and modified the HVAC system to run more efficiently. Everyone we dealt with at Regan (Adrian, Steven, Dylan, Trevor and Justin) was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, punctual and hardworking. Regan installed a quality product on time and at competitive price. The installation and modifications were done by a team of professionals who keep us informed every step of the way. Regan did exactly what they said they would do and on schedule. It was a pleasure dealing Regan from the beginning of the project to the end. Without hesitation, I give the Regan team five stars and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

I called Regan in a semi-emergency because my furnace stopped working reliably in the middle of February. It was having trouble lighting and I didn't know when it would stop altogether. I was having to manually light it on a daily basis. I asked to have someone come out to give me a quote to install a new furnace ASAP. They were originally able to come out 4 days later but when I explained my situation to the secretary she immediately reached out to Roland and he came out that same day within an hour. He talked me through everything and answered all of my questions as I was concerned since we have an asbestos flue. A previous company told me they didn't think they would be able to install a high efficiency furnace due to our house layout. Instead they would have to install a standard efficiency furnace which would involve a lot more work due to our asbestos flue and would cost well over $10,000. Roland immediately put my mind at ease and assured me they would be able to install a high efficiency furnace so we could avoid any issues related to the asbestos flue and it would cost less than $10,000 (for a better product!) They came out 6 days later to install our new furnace. Roland gave me his personal number and told me to contact him anytime if our heat stopped working altogether and he would get someone out sooner. I did reach out to him a couple times with some questions/concerns prior to the new furnace being installed and he responded immediately. On install day we had 3 techs come out as well as Roland to make sure I didn't have any questions/concerns. They removed our 35 year old standard efficiency furnace and installed the new high efficiency furnace in 6 hours. They were all extremely courteous and respectful and the job was done seamlessly. During last week's cold snap, my heat went out. I was scared as to who to call, having had a terrible experience in the past. I called Regan because of an ad I recalled. The gentleman who arrived was kind, considerate and did not treat me like an idiot. He explained what he was doing and how I can check things in the future. I highly recommend this company if he is any representative of the way they handle customers. Great job! Thank you!
