I had a fantastic experience with Rudd Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical! From start to finish, the entire team was friendly, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. The turnaround time was quick, and they kept everything running smoothly throughout the process. Nathan, Tyler, Kyle, and Jacob were all outstanding — knowledgeable, courteous, and happy to answer all of my questions. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. I also really appreciated how well they coordinated with Berkeley Electric Cooperative to make sure everything was handled efficiently. When the job was complete, they cleaned up thoroughly and left everything spotless.
I called Rudd for an estimate on a mini split unit for my finished garage, and quickly had an appointment to evaluate my needs for the space. I received an estimate on the spot with three different options and a thorough explanation of each from Rob. I did not feel pressured. As soon as a decision was made, Rob set up an appointment for install the next day. Dakota was sent out with another wonderful installer. I cannot say enough good things about the two of them! They were professional, courteous, kind and very skilled. They problem solved, kept me informed, and cleaned up when they finished. I would not hesitate to call them again, especially now that I know they do plumbing and electrical as well.
Jessie Roberts did a neat job. As a homeowner, I would value clear separation between: • required repairs • optional risk-mitigation improvements • future replacement planning Blending these together can unintentionally feel like sales pressure, even when Rudd's intent is to be helpful. I believe Rudd would stand out by emphasizing data-driven diagnostics, staged recommendations, and explicit acknowledgment when a system is functioning acceptably and does not require immediate replacement. That approach builds long-term trust and repeat business. I am sharing this feedback in that spirit.
