Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating and Air

We had a fantastic experience with Seatown Electric and couldn’t be happier with the work they did on our home. Zack came out first and took the time to thoroughly walk me through all the possible solutions to address my concerns. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made sure I understood the options before moving forward. It never felt rushed — just honest, professional guidance. Chris and Tylar handled the installation, and they were excellent. Their work was clean and well done, and they were clearly knowledgeable. As I asked more questions throughout the process, they took the time to explain what they were doing and made sure I was comfortable with anything that needed to be addressed. The finished result looks great, and I was especially impressed with how minimal the drywall repair will be — they were very mindful about keeping everything as neat as possible. On top of that, they even helped with my oven outlet cord, even though it wasn’t something they had to do. That extra level of service really stood out. Overall, a professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused team. I would absolutely recommend Seatown to anyone needing electrical work done.

I hired them to fix a broken drain under concrete 9/2025. It’s 2/26 and my bathroom is still unusable (toilets is sitting in the shower), and I’ve sadly already paid most of the fee. Between then and now there have been 12 appointments at my phone where I’ve had to make sure someone was at home for the visits, and at half of these visits SeaTown either canceled or someone came unprepared to do the job that was supposed to be done that day so they rescheduled. There have been numerous calls and they insist they will pay for the tile they shattered and they’d schedule someone (11/21/25 call at 1209pm) then no one seems to remember that and they have started sending my calls to voicemail instead of answering. Last week I was told their manager would call to check in on the situation and I received no calls. I am beyond upset at the poor work and poor professionalism of this group and I would highly recommend not hiring them.

Troy was great. Very knowledgeable and passed some of that knowledge on to us. His work was neat and he cleaned up after the appointment. He gave us information on our aging water heater and provided a quote to replace it. He also let us know what other things you could help us with around our home. He's an A+ in our book. Though quiet, his apprentice, Ross, paid attention to what Troy was doing the whole time. He assisted at all times and will make a fine plumber.
