WI Fuel & Heating is hands down the best HVAC company in SE WI! Our furnace died this past Sunday, 12/28/25. On Monday a.m., 12/29, we called a company that had done work on it in the past. They came right out and told us it was the motherboard and was not worth repairing. We asked for a quote and install time for a new one, we were told we would have a quote in a couple of hours. At 5:30pm, we still had no quote so I looked at our options and decided to call WI Fuel due to all of their positive reviews. At 6pm, I used their live chat option on their website and was able to chat with a representative from WI Fuel and set up an appointment for 10a.m. the next morning. John came the next morning, gave us a quote while he was here at our house for a new furnace, A/C unit and April Air unit PLUS he had already saved us a temporary install time incase we wanted to go with them, for the next morning which was New Year's Eve, even though they had a skeleton crew working the holiday!! The guys came right on time the next morning and by early afternoon we had heat!!! If we hadn't been here to see it, we would have never known they were even here, they were SO clean, there left no trace behind of all of the work they did. We can't thank everyone at WI Fuel enough for the way they handled our situation from start to finish!! The price was very reasonable, the install was amazing, and the customer service was outstanding! We will be customers for life.
After waking up to a house without heat on Sunday morning with an outside temperature of -7 degrees. I tried everything I could and then at 8am called Wisconsin Fuel. They said it would be about 6 to 8 hours due to the amount of calls they had received. But they arrived a little after 1 pm and had me back running by 2:30. My service tech Max was great and very professional. Extremely happy.
On a Saturday night they came to my rental property and had the furnace fixed in under 2 hours. That included them coming to the home, diagnosed the issue, went to get the part and had it installed with the heat up and running under 2 hours. I have also had this company do work on a commercial property they are very knowledge and honest.
